Job summary

Paramount Pictures CBS LA is seeking a Technician (Production Support) for the Los Angeles Duopoly. The Production Tech collaborates with editorial staff and field crews to acquire, route, and operate equipment for live signals while supporting the Production Control Room and Studio.

Responsibilities include editing with nonlinear systems, scheduling live feeds, assisting guests with microphones and cameras, and providing technical support under deadline pressure.

• Safely operate news-gathering equipment from TOC room.
• Knowledge of Cellular Bonding systems (Dejero, LiveU).
• Schedule and record live feeds.
• Edit stories quickly and accurately.
• Sound technical decisions under pressure.
