Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking an experienced Interactive Media Producer to oversee the operational backbone of our Interactive Media division. This role ensures mobile games and connected experiences move efficiently from development through live operation, coordinating internal teams and external partners with clarity and accountability.

The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years in mobile games or live content production, familiar with app store processes for iOS/Android and agile development

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in mobile games, digital products, or live content production.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Solid understanding of live operations models in mobile environments.
• Working knowledge of app store release processes for iOS and Android.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of in-flight and new digital initiatives, primarily mobile-based experiences with connected physical components.
• Manage production and development sprints with external development studios.
• Plan and manage app and live content calendars, seasonal updates, feature rollouts, and event cadence.
• Ensure assets, builds, and dependencies are prepared and delivered on schedule.
• Manage spend intent, purchase orders and payments for services and vendors, coordinating with A/P.
