Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or a High School Diploma plus 3 years of experience working with youth.
• Demonstrated understanding of working with youth from difficult backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the home and residents.
• Teach life skills curriculum to youth aged 17.5-21.
• Transport youth to appointments and manage recreational activities.
