Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. You will supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage routines, and support wellness and development in a structured home setting.

The role involves driving, activities planning, daily devotions, and coordinating budgeting. Requirements include two years of marriage, age 27+, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and create developmental/recreational programs.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
