Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, activities planning, and leading devotions. Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be 27 or older, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
