Job summary

The Fraternity Housing Corporation seeks a live-in House Director to manage day-to-day operations of the Alpha Gamma Delta chapter house in Kansas. You will handle administration, safety, facilities upkeep, vendor supervision, and coordination with the Regional Property Manager to ensure a safe, well-run living environment.

You will live on-site seven days a week, except during extended university breaks, and you’ll oversee repairs under $500, housekeeping, and annual deep cleans, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write fluent English.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Goal- and team-oriented; able to work under pressure.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Regional Property Manager weekly.
• Submit House Director reports weekly.
• Coordinate opening/closing of the chapter house.
• Schedule and conduct house meetings each semester/quarter.
• Maintain a master calendar with university dates and events.
• Oversee repairs under $500 and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Alpha Gamma Delta, FHC, university policies.
• Perform daily property inspections and safety checks.
• Lead housekeeping vendors and supervise staff as applicable.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections.
