Job summary

Fraternity Housing Corporation seeks a live-in House Director to manage the Alpha Gamma Delta chapter house. You will supervise daily operations, safety, and the facility and live on-site seven days per week to ensure a comfortable living environment for members.

You will collaborate with the Regional Property Manager, oversee meals, repairs, cleaning, and vendor contracts while enforcing policies and coordinating routine maintenance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth English reading, speaking and writing required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• PC proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Regional Property Manager weekly and submit House Director reports.
• Oversee opening/closing of the chapter house and maintain calendars.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships, quotes, invoices, and service delivery.
• Ensure safety policies, fire drills, and compliance with university rules.
• Monitor repairs under $500 and coordinate larger projects as needed.
• Live on-site seven days a week, except extended breaks when closed.
• Work with Housing leadership to ensure a comfortable living environment.
