Home Work Staffing in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to provide two-week-on, two-week-off coverage for a family with two children aged 15 and 6. The role requires sole-charge care during working weeks and managing the household.

The position offers a private bedroom and bathroom, a family vehicle for work, and a long-term, independent schedule. Start date ASAP; compensation is $25–$30 per hour with 40 guaranteed hours on working weeks.

Qualifications

• Prior professional childcare experience with school-age children.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with daily driving.
• Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to drive the family vehicle.
• Comfortable with live-in arrangement and alternating two-week schedule.
• Highly independent, organized, and proactive.
• Committed to a long-term placement.
• Ability to provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide sole-charge care for the 6-year-old, including morning routine and school drop-off/pick-up.
• Transport the 15-year-old to school and activities.
• Prepare and plan meals for the children and household.
• Manage laundry, dishes, and general household tidying.
• Maintain daily operations and overall household organization during working weeks.
• Support homework, routines, and after-school activities.
