Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Experience supervising paraprofessional staff.
• Willingness to reside on campus and work evenings/weekends.
• Ability to respond effectively to crises in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential oversight and mentorship to residents.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate paraprofessional staff.
• Develop and implement residential programs and curriculum.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation and uphold university policies.
