Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of experience planning events/programs, preferably in educational settings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite platforms (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, calendar).
• Must be able to assume shared responsibility for the residence hall system-wide on-call duty and respond to crises and emergencies.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive living environment fostering belonging and student success.
• Maintain visibility by attending events, touring residence halls, and engaging with residents.
• Provide personal, academic, social, and career support to students and connect them with campus resources.
• Utilize data and collaborate with faculty and staff to assess needs and implement engagement programs.
• Supervise resident and graduate assistants with staff meetings, coaching, and evaluations.
• Address behavioral concerns, document incidents, and promote responsible decision-making.
