California State University, Chico is seeking a Residence Conduct Coordinator (RCC) to manage student conduct cases and support a safe, inclusive housing environment. The role includes crisis response, program development, referrals, and supervision of Resident Advisors within the Residence Life team.

The position is live-in in a on-campus residence hall, with flexible hours and 24/7 on-call coverage. A four-year degree and relevant experience are required; a Master’s degree may substitute for

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college/university in behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or a related field.
• Three years of full-time professional experience in student services or a related field.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate conduct cases under the University Housing Policy Guide.
• Provide conduct-related programming, referrals, and crisis response.
• Co-supervise 6–18 Resident Advisors.
• Maintain on-call status 24 hours a day with variable hours including late nights and weekends.
• Live in an on-campus residence hall apartment for the contract period.
