The Nanny Connection in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for a 3-month-old baby. The role requires a nurturing, professional caregiver who can establish a long-term bond with the family and follow a traditional daytime schedule Monday through Friday, starting as soon as a match is found.

The nanny will have a private bedroom and bathroom, room and board, and a guaranteed 40-hour work week at $30–$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong newborn infant care experience required.
• Excellent references from previous families.
• Sound judgment and a warm, nurturing approach.
• Flexible with schedule and capable of occasional overnight care when mother is on call.
• Reliable, patient and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Care for a 3-month-old infant according to a structured daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 7/7:30am–4/5pm).
• Provide overnight care when mother is called to the hospital, if needed, with hours compensated separately.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and communicate openly with the family.
