Kensington Nanny in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced live-out nanny to join a two-nanny household caring for five children: 6-month-old twins and siblings aged 2, 4, and 6. The role is full-time with a schedule primarily Monday–Friday, plus two Saturdays a month and occasional evenings, totaling 40–50 hours weekly and possible domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Morning Hours: lead the morning routine and daytime care of the twins.
• Evening Hours: lead the after-school, dinner, bath, and bedtime routine.
• Work together during the after-school rush when the older children come home.
• Follow a daily routine for naps, meals, and play.
• Plan age-appropriate developmental play and activities.
• Read books, sing songs, and encourage early literacy.
• Support homework as needed.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Share daily updates with the stay-at-home mom and the other Nanny.
• Keep play areas, children’s rooms, kitchen, and common spaces tidy after use.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually

Join a fully staffed household as part of a two-nanny team caring for five young children: 6-month-old twins and their older siblings, ages 2, 4, and 6, who attend school until the afternoon. This full-time, live-out role offers the opportunity to support meaningful milestones, encourage playful learning, and bring warmth and structure to each day while working alongside another nanny and an involved stay-at-home mom. The schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, with two Saturdays per month and occasional evening flexibility.

Experience in staffed homes and on nanny teams is highly preferred.

Ideal Nanny:

Experienced, child development background; plans creative, fun, enriching activities; loving, caring, energetic.

Schedule:

• This schedule is shared between both Nannies:
• Monday–Friday: 7am–6pm or 6:30pm
• Two Saturdays per month: 8am–1pm or 2pm
• Occasional evenings: Flexibility to stay until 7:30pm–8pm when the parents have dinner plans or an event, with about one week’s notice whenever possible
• 40-50 hours per week
• Short-term Travel Required: weekend trips, trips up to 1-4 weeks; private / charter; domestic and international
