British American Household Staffing seeks an experienced live-in Career Nanny in Charlotte, NC, to provide nurturing care for a young child. The role entails extensive travel, weekends work, and a private live-in setup with meals and accommodations supplied.

Strong safety, developmental focus, and reliability are essential. The candidate should have 5+ years in private households, CPR/First Aid, a passport, and a passion for early childhood development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience with toddlers
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Non-smoker and able to work weekends as needed

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care prioritizing safety and emotional development
• Establish consistent daily routines for meals, naps, hygiene, and playtime
• Plan engaging activities supporting learning, independence, and milestones
• Supervise swimming and supervise water activities with high safety standards
• Travel with the family domestically and internationally, including lengthy absences
• Communicate with parents about activities, schedule, and concerns
