RiverSong Inn Retreat in Estes Park, Colorado, seeks a responsible, friendly live-in Overnight Innkeeper (Part-Time / On-Call) to support overnight guests and maintain safety.

This housing-exchange role requires full-time on-site residency in a private one-bedroom apartment. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $25 for on-call duties during 5pm–7am, with opportunities for early-morning snow removal, late check-ins, and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be live-in, on-call (while sleeping) during evening and overnight hours to assist guests and handle emergencies.
• Provide basic guest support such as lockouts and late check-ins.
• Respond to property-related emergencies and liaise with management or emergency services.
• Conduct light property checks in the evenings and ensure doors/lights are secure.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming presence during non-business hours and be available for training.
• Clock in and receive pay for early morning snow removal or urgent requests when scheduled.
