Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students, delivering supervision, guidance, and family-like care. The schedule is nine days on, three off, with a path to a Placed Houseparent role.

Compensation includes $46,917 per person annually, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support. Applicants must be married for at least two years and meet health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
