The position requires a married couple, ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan engaging development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
