Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth (required).
• This is a two-person role for couples married at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent.
