Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and care for a group of 8-13 students. This role emphasizes supervision, guidance, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, then progress to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group.

Competenze

• Two-parent couple required (married at least two years).
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required; ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical activities.

Mansioni

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmentally appropriate activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
