Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students.

You will lead daily devotions, plan activities, and oversee budgets and reporting. Initially, you’ll support various student homes on a nine-on/three-off cycle, then transition to a placed houseparent role with continued on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and lead developmental/recreational work.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel; supervise budgeting/reporting.
