Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support for MA/NH clients. You’ll help with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, delivering companionship and dignity every day.

Must live in MA or NH. Benefits include competitive pay of $300+ per day, a 7-day live-in rate of $2,220 per week, a 401(k), leadership support, referral bonuses, recognition programs, mileage reimbursement, and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Provide mobility support and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Transport to appointments and errands.
