United Methodist Communities in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Live-In Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide around-the-clock care for clients in a home setting. The position offers a competitive daily rate of $241–$257 based on experience and requires NJ CHHA certification, high school diploma or GED, and strong English and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must have New Jersey CHHA certification (required).
• 18 years of age or older (required).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide around-the-clock care to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; perform light housekeeping.
• Escort to appointments and support safe mobility.
• Observe changes in behavior and communicate to nursing staff.
