United Methodist Communities is seeking a Live-In Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey to provide continuous, compassionate care for clients in a home setting. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and consistent care for daily living activities and mobility support.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide around-the-clock care to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, meds).
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Escort to appointments and support safe mobility.
• Observe changes in behavior and communicate with nursing staff.

What You'll Do:

• Provide consistent, around-the-clock care to ensure safety, comfort, and care continuity
• Assist with activities of daily living(bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility)
• Prepare meals andassist with feedingand perform light housekeeping
• Escorttoappointments and support safe mobility
• Observe for changes in behavior and communicate to nursing staff

What You'll Need:

• 18 years of age or older (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Current and active New Jersey CHHA certification (required)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
