TRUE COMFORT HOME CARE INC in Cocoa Beach, Florida is seeking a compassionate Live-In Home Health Aide/CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care for an elderly client according to a personalized care plan.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, maintain records, and support mental well-being while following safety protocols. A Home Health Aide program certificate, high school diploma or GED, and CPR are required.

Formación

• Two years of professional experience.
• Driver's license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Remind patient to take medication.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.

True Comfort Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive caregiver to join our team for a live-in care position in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The caregiver will provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to an elderly client in the client's home, following an individualized care plan and helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
