YardandGroom is seeking a Live-In Barn & Property Manager for a private, high-end equestrian facility in Stuart, FL. This full-time on-site position includes private housing and responsibility for daily horse care, barn operations, and grounds maintenance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, with strong equine knowledge and excellent communication skills, capable of working independently in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional equestrian or barn management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of equine health, handling, and daily care.
• Experience with sport horses preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• General property maintenance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily horse care, including feeding, turnout, stall maintenance, and general well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally presented barn environment.
• Monitor equine health and coordinate with veterinarians, farriers, and other professionals as needed.
• Oversee general property maintenance, including paddocks, fencing, arenas, and surrounding grounds.
• Manage daily barn operations, supplies, and schedules.
• Communicate regularly with ownership and ensure consistent standards of care.
