Qualifications

• Certified CNA, HHA, PCA with experience working with the elderly.
• Successful clearance of health screens as required by state regulations.
• Successful clearance of background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist clients with ambulation and prescribed exercises.
• Provide medication oversight and reminders.
• Engage clients socially and facilitate wellness.
• Prepare meals and assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide dementia/alzheimer’s and hospice care.
