FCP Live-In is hiring for Live-In Caregiver positions in Florida. If you are a certified CNA, HHA, or PCA with a passion for elderly care, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to work with clients in their homes.

The job provides per diem scheduling with a salary range of $54,236 to $63,336 per year, based on a full schedule of 63 hours per week, and includes room and board during cases. Flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Certified CNA, HHA, or PCA with elderly care experience.
• Health screens and background/reference checks as required by state regulations.
• Flexible availability to work across multiple states including FL

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and ADLs, including bathing and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, ROM, medication oversight, and reminders.
• Prepare meals, run errands, and perform light homemaking.
• Offer companionship and dementia/hospice-related support as needed.
