Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role houses on-campus and supports 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, and support for academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for two legally married spouses for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmentally engaging activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
