Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home. The role combines supervision, routines, transportation, activities, devotions, budgeting, and reporting, with a nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.

Initially, couples will support various student homes and transition into a placed houseparent role, living with the same group of students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required; both spouses 27+.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
