Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role places you in on-campus student homes to mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, supervise activities, and support their academic, emotional, and spiritual development.

Initially you will cover nine days on duty with three days off, with a future transition to a placed houseparent in the same home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years.
• Both partners aged 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive and participate in activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
