Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to join a dedicated two-person team living in on-campus student homes. You will provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of 8-13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role requires a married couple, both aged 27 or older, and involves a nine-on/three-off schedule with future placement into a consistent student-home

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role requiring longstanding partnership.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
