Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. They live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

The role begins with rotating nine days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same cohort.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be part of a legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Must meet on-campus housing and campus policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
