Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, caring for 8–13 students and fostering a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
