Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-person marriage couple for at least two years
• Both spouses aged 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children in home
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
