Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision for 8–13 students. This is a life-changing role within a structured, family-like setting.

Requirements include two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
• Flexible work schedule: nine days on, three off, then Placed Houseparent later.
