Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and supervise a group of 8-13 students in a home. The role includes care, guidance, supervision, and support, with duties spanning daily routines, devotions, and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain driver certification for student transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel activities.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
