Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and support 8–13 students. The role is a two-person couple position with responsibilities for supervision, meals, activities, and faith-based programming.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Training and relocation support are provided, with extensive benefits and a demanding but rewarding schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentoring for students in the home.
• Manage household routines and student schedules; oversee budgeting and reporting.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
