Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. The two-person couple role lives in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students, leading devotions and Chapel, and budgeting/reporting. Both spouses must be married at least two years, ages 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role for married couples (min two years).
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students within the home.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student health and wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
