Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. You will provide supervision, guidance, and support to a group of 8-13 students, while managing daily routines and safety.

The role includes driving students, leading devotions, and coordinating activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be at least 27 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-, weapon-, and alcohol-free campus.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of students.

• Lead daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel with students.
