Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and caring for a group of 8–13 students.

As a two-person role, couples provide daily supervision, plan activities, manage routines, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. A commitment to a smoke-free campus and U.S. driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational programs.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
