Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) to reside in on-campus homes and support a group of 8–13 students. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and a structured family-like environment to foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, activities, devotions, and budgeting. A two-person, married couple aged 27+ is required, with a GED/HS diploma and ability to lift 50

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
