Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person, married-couple position involves living in on-campus student homes and providing care, mentorship, and supervision for 8-13 students.

Initially, couples support multiple homes and follow a nine-on, three-off schedule, with transition to a placed home. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), relocation assistance, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
