Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to promote academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, devotions, and activities planning, with opportunities to transition to a placed houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role; married for at least two years.
• Spouses must be 27 or older.
• Up to 50 lbs lifting requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
