Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. This two-person role requires married couples who will live with the same group of students and participate in daily devotions and activities.

The nine-on / three-off schedule transitions into a placed houseparent role, with competitive compensation including free housing, meals

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-spouse role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
