Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on campus. You will care for 8–13 students in a family-like setting, guiding academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervision, routines, medications, transport to activities, devotions, and budgeting. A two-person married couple, ages 27+, with a HS diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license, is required.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
