The Community Director collaborates with staff, supervises Student Leaders, and supports emergency response, crisis management, and conduct processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of residential life experience.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer’s sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead a residential community by supervising House Presidents and Resident Assistants and guiding governance.
• First responder to critical incidents; on-call to ensure care after hours; manage caseload and follow-up.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with facilities and housing; oversee budgets; provide admin support for the residential community.
• Serve on departmental committees; perform duties as assigned.
• Contribute to college mission through committee work, events, and engagement across campus.
