Responsibilities

• Provide around-the-clock care to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and light housekeeping.
• Escort to appointments and support safe mobility.
• Observe changes and communicate to nursing staff.
