Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current and active New Jersey CHHA certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, around-the-clock care to ensure safety, comfort, and care continuity.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and perform light housekeeping.
• Escort to appointments and support safe mobility.
• Observe for changes in behavior and communicate to nursing staff.
