Job summary

United Methodist Communities is seeking a Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide dedicated, around-the-clock care for one client in a home setting. Earn $241 to $257 per day, with mileage reimbursement and paid training.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and medication reminders, document changes for the nursing team, and accompany clients to appointments. Flexible scheduling and benefits include a 403(b) retirement plan and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold New Jersey CHHA certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide around-the-clock care and companionship for one client.
• Assist with daily living activities and medication reminders.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Escort client to appointments and assist safe movement in the home.
• Watch for changes in the client’s condition and report to the nursing team.
