Job Location: Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Salem County

Pay Rate: $200 - $225/day plus food allowance

Job Summary

As a Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to the director of nursing, your role involves delivering personalized care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and maintaining a safe environment. With core skills in senior care, along with premium skills in Alzheimer's and memory care, you will enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Your dedication to compassionate caregiving will be vital in fostering independence and dignity for clients in need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient health status, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, promoting independence and wellbeing.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Experience in home and community care, including senior care and caregiving
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
